Welcome to Dov's Page

Dov Gobioff
Hi, and thank you for visiting my page.
As some of you may know, I have been involved with Chai Lifeline practically my entire life. Growing up and watching my father, day in and day out, quietly doing his holy work for this organization was nothing short of extraordinary.
I’ll never forget standing on Clifton Avenue in Lakewood, outside my father’s office, watching David Egert as he set off on his bike ride to camp. I thought he was out of his mind! With party poppers and little noisemakers, we stood there cheering him on. Deep down, I knew his journey would end in a place I always loved visiting — the holiest and happiest place in the world: Camp Simcha.
As I watched Bike4Chai take shape, I knew that one day I would get on a bike and make that same trek to camp — not for myself, and not for you, but for a child fighting the hardest battle of their life and striving to come out victorious. It’s a battle we always say we can never truly understand… or so I thought.
Six months after I got married, I was diagnosed with lymphoma — or, as it’s more commonly known, cancer. It was a battle of its own, far different from anything I had ever imagined. And today, I can proudly say: "I am a cancer survivor".
Baruch Hashem, I am now on the other side, in remission for quite a few years. I am taking on the pledge to raise $5,400 and more, for this incredible organization that breathes life and stability into families going through medical crisis and unimaginable challenges.
So please — open your hearts and give what you can, so Chai Lifeline can continue doing what they do for the children of Klal Yisroel.
Thank you for your donation. May you be blessed with bracha and hatzlacha in all aspects of your life.
With Gratitude,
Dov Gobioff
